We have some news we'd like to shAIR...
Unfortunately we've been informed by the good folks at Adobe that our name shAIR.it is infringing on their Adobe AIR™ trademark.
Obviously this was unintentional on our part, and quite unfortunate as we loved the name shAIR and felt it described our service perfectly. We take copyright law seriously and whilst we suspect this isn't a black and white case we would prefer to concentrate our time and effort on writing great software rather than talking to lawyers.
Adobe have been very helpful at all times and we're looking forward to their continued support as we move forward under our new name:
